We ship our packages using USPS First Class Mail. The average ship time for domestic orders is 3-5 business days. Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

• Once an order has been submitted into our system, we cannot cancel or make changes to it. Please double-check the items in your cart and verify the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before confirming your order. We do not refund or replace items that have been shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly.

• If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered to the address provided and you have not received your order, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

• If you live in an apartment with a common mailroom, please consider shipping your package to an alternate address to minimize the risk of theft. We do not reship orders that have been tracked and delivered to the provided address.

We allow customers to return their Vunella Naturals products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method only. *Vunella Naturals IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for return shipping.

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO REQUEST A RETURN:

• Order Number - Your Order Number can be found in your order confirmation email
• Email Address - You’ll need to provide the email that was used to place your Vunella Natrurals order.

All returns must be approved and processed by one of our customer service agents and an RMA# must be issued. If a customer does not receive an RMA#, their return will not be processed and a refund will not be issued.

You can expect your return to be processed within 10 business days of our returns department receiving it.
